THEATRE

MYLLYTEATTERI is a professional theatre collective founded in 2003. Myllyteatteri presents spoken theatre which is deep contentwise as well as physically and visually intense moving both the bodies of the actors as well as the souls of the spectators. Miira Sippola, Kaisa Niemi and Paula Koivunen founded Myllyteatteri in December 2003. Myllyteatteri's work is characteristically done with a longterm perspective. The aim is to grab onto each theme for several years. This means working on the themes in many different ways, practicing constantly and developing new kinds of production forms.

Myllyteatteri does not have a stage of its own, but produces one or two productions a year.
