Oblivia's three-year-long project Entertainment Island examines popular culture and entertainment from different angles through performances, short films, a photograph exhibition, a book, workshops, discussions and seminars. The project's takeoff is the premiere Entertainment Island 1. All the different parts are performed in one event in 2010. Entertainment Island 1 is an energetic mixture of gestures and moves from the glittering world of the entertainment industry. The mechanisms and structures of popular culture are revealed in the rhythmic performance.

In the company's productions the form and content melt into one. The style of Oblivia is characteristically conceptual, minimal and comical. For Oblivia, being multiartistic means that the different backgrounds and nationalities of the artists are visible in the end product, which is always a joint creation of the whole collective.
